The IIFA (International Institute of Fine Arts) Vision:

"To promote Art & Culture, and provide excellent education in fine arts, including Fashion, Technology and Performing Arts, in conformity with global standards".

Arts for India is a charity which seeks to provide free and subsidized arts education to talented students enrolled at the International Institute of Fine Arts in Modinagar (IIFA), NCR of Delhi, India.

Arts for India works to build international partnerships between IIFA and world leading institutions.

The first partnership has existed for a number of years with the University of the Arts London and has seen staff members travel to IIFA to teach and transfer their skills to a keen and aspiring student base whilst at the same time learning more of traditional Indian practices.

A second partnership has been formed with the Prince's Drawing School to build capacity and provide mentoring and training for artists.

The overall aim of these collaborations and through the creation of an endowment fund is to build a first private university of the arts along the model of the University of the Arts London. This will be a first for India and much needed given the rise of Indian artists and art, fashion and design.

In July 2000 Satish and Abha Modi set up IIFA, an institute that could nurture young artists, ignite their imagination and motivate them in the field of art and design. Their vision was to promote art and culture and provide quality education in conformity with global standards.

The Institute offers degree courses in Fine Art, including Fashion and Apparel Design, Textile Design, Painting and Applied Art.The new Film and Television Institute has further widened the creative canvas of IIFA.
